Graveside services for CSM Danny Cline (US Army Ret.), of Harker Heights, Texas will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday January 18, 2020 at Linden Cemetery in Linden, Texas under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home.

CSM Cline was born August 18, 1942in Pensacola, Florida to Eddie Reginald Matheny and Dorothy Mae Wright and passed away on Friday January 10, 2020 following a brief illness.

CSM Cline honorably served his country in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and retired after 32 years of service as the III Corps Command Sergeant Major.

CSM Cline is preceded in death by his parents and son, Danny Christopher Cline.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Celestine Hawthorne Cline; daughter, Leslie Cline Medina; son, Patrick E. Cline; sister, Dorothy Griffith; sister, Janice Bricker; brother, Larry Burnett; brother, James Burnett; 5 grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
