No services will be held at this time for Mr. David Sinclair, 80, of Jefferson. Cremation arrangements made under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home.

Mr. Sinclair was born June 28, 1938 in Louisville, KY. and passed away February 22, 2019 in Jefferson, TX.

David was the co-owner of River City Mercantile, past Executive Director of the Jefferson Historical Society Museum,

Mr. Sinclair was preceded in death by his life partner Robert “Bob” Haynes.
