Jim Everett Wilson

Memorial services for Mr. Jim Everett Wilson, 68, of Harleton, Texas are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Thursday October 11, 2018 at the Capt. W.M. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home in Jefferson, Texas with Reverend Charlotte Riddle officiating and under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home.

Mr. Wilson was born on December 14, 1949 in Tyler, Texas to Alb Wilson and Mae Warrick and passed away in Longview, Texas on October 6, 2018.

Jim graduated from John Tyler High School, and went on to obtain his Masters of Geology while working in the Oilfield and retired in 2016.  Jim had many passions in life including fishing, hunting and guns but the one thing he loved above all else was his grand babies.

Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Royce Phillips and sister, Fayrene Lowry.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Patti Wilson; daughter, Jennifer Smith & Alan; daughter, Becky Wilson; daughter Michelle Morgan; daughter Stacey Morgan; son, Mitchel Morgan & Chelsey; son, David Gamble; grandchildren, Ashlee Boone, Samantha Davis & Wyatt, Rowdy Wilson, Doc Smith; 4 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
