Mr. Mark Dennis Bode

Mr. Mark Dennis Bode, 62, of Jefferson, Texas passed away peacefully at his home on September 30, 2018. 

Mr. Bode was born on December 15, 1955 in Abilene, Texas to Robert Glenn Bode and Billie Joyce Harber.

At Marks request there will be a memorial service for family and friends held at a later date.  Cremation was under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home.

Mark graduated from Longview High School in 1974 and went on to work for STEMCO MFG. where he worked for over 20 years. Mark enjoyed racing motorcycles, rock-n-roll music, the Dallas Cowboys and time with his dogs. Above all else, Marks greatest love was his family!

Mr. Bode was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jack Bode. 

Those left to cherish his memory are his brother, Cliff Bode & Anna of Jefferson; nephew, Mike Scott and Ashley of Dallas; niece, Jennifer Moore and Seanor of Longview; nephew, John Bode and Cristina of San Diego; niece, Sara Bode of Austin; niece, Kim Kirksey and Joe of Austin; nephew Brian Bode of Austin; nephew Ben Bode and Cortney of Denver; great nieces and nephews, Sydney, Harrison, Jack and Hayley Scott of Dallas; great nieces and nephews, Savannah, Caden and Hayes Moore of Longview; great nephew, Henry Kirksey of Austin; uncle Tom Harber and Diane of Ft. Worth; his second parents, Wayman and Rosemary Moore of Jefferson as well as numerous other extended family and friends.
