Mr. Scott R Kelly, 62, of Avinger, Texas passed away November 26, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Kelly was born in Jefferson, Texas to Mr. Maxwell R Kelly and Billie Jo Moore. Cremation under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home.

Mr. Kelly is survived by his daughter Kimberly Daehne of Melbourne, Florida and one grandchild.
