Brandon T. Kneubuhl, 43, died unexpectedly in a motorsport’s accident on September 14, 2022. He was born August 2, 1979, in Shreveport, Louisiana and was the child of Louise McAvoy Mays and Richard Kneubuhl.
Brandon graduated from Airline High School, Class of 1997, and was self-employed. He was the proud father of three children and two step-children. Brandon was a kid at heart, loved playing with his children, being outdoors, riding his scooters and motorcycle, collecting Star Wars memorabilia, and was an avid Saints fan.
He was predeceased by his beloved grandparents, Clemmy, Dale, and Thelma. Surviving are his children, Cooper, Asher, and Carlee; his stepchildren, Chelsee, Alana, and their mother, Janie; parents, Louise McAvoy Mays and husband, Alvin; Richard Kneubuhl and wife, Cheryl; grandmother, Lois McAvoy; brother, Aaron McAvoy; sister, Jessica Bryan and husband, Jonathan; aunts, uncles, niece, and cousins.
A service of remembrance will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at First Baptist Haughton, 105 East Washington Avenue, Haughton, LA. Visitation will be at 2:00 pm, followed by a service at 3:00 pm.
In honor of Brandon’s casual style and love of the Saints, the family encourages you to dress casual, and if you choose to, wear black & gold or Saints attire.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that you make a donation on Brandon’s behalf to your favorite charity.
