Cremation arrangements for Mr. Frank Anding, 70, of Avinger, Texas are being performed under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home. There are no services being held at this time.

Frank Anding was born May 21, 1950 in Beaumont, Texas to Chester and Louise Anding and passed away on March 10, 2021 in Tyler, Texas.

Mr. Anding was a faithful Catholic in faith. Mr. Anding was a welder for over 45 years before retiring from Floor Daniel Construction. Afterwards he spent several years teaching welding at TSTC in Marshall, Texas. Frank was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golf. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Betty Anding of Avinger, Texas; son, Kevin Bagley of Longview, Texas; daughter, Wendy Garner of Florence, South Carolina; brother, Cameron Anding of Houston, Texas; brother, Trey Anding and wife Kay of Austin, Texas; sister, Cindy Gibson and husband Skip of South Carolina; grandchildren, Brooke Bagley, Cristina Bagley, Hannah Bagley, Sarah Bagley as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
