James Karl Munster

Graveside services for Mr. James Munster, 76, of Jefferson, Texas will be held at 11:00AM Saturday June 20, 2020 at Liberty Hill Cemetery in De Kalb, Texas with Alyne Watson officiating under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home. A time of visitation will be held at 10:30 AM prior to funeral services on Saturday June 20, 2020.

James Munster was born October 2, 1943 in Dallas, Texas to Henry Lewis Munster and Nannie Alice King Munster and passed away peacefully at his home in Jefferson, Texas on June 15, 2020.

James was a mechanic all his life, he enjoyed riding motorcycles and also enjoyed selling merchandise. Above all else, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Munster was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Kathleen Munster.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Gregory Hornbuckle of Jefferson; son, Chuck Prophitt of Ennis; son, Jamon Prophitt & Trini of Ennis; sister; Alyne Watson & Billy of Blooming Grove; brother, Henry Lewis Munster of Sand Flatts; grandchildren, James Hornbuckle, Joshua Hornbuckle, Tristy Prophitt, Madison Prophitt, Emma Prophitt and J.B. Prophitt as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
