Jane Follis

Funeral Services for Jane Follis, 74, of Jefferson, TX. will be held on Saturday February 28, 2026, at 2:00pm in the Cpt Wm. Perry Chapel at Haggard Funeral Home with Pastor Seth Buckner officiating and under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home. A time of visitation will be an hour prior to the service at 1:00pm in the Cpt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home.Interment will follow immediately after at Oakwood Memorial Park.

A celebration reception will be held from 4pm to 6pm in the Heritage Baptist Church of Jefferson, Texas.

Mrs. Follis was born on April 15, 1951, in Pittsburgh, PA. to Richard Van Hyning and Avis Jane Braucher then later adopted by Philip James Neuhart. She passed away on February 12, 2026, in Harleton, TX.

She was a faithful member of Heritage Baptist Church and a devoted member of AA. She particularly enjoyed reading, knitting, shopping and bowling.

Mrs. Follis was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald; stepdaughter, Laurie; sister-in-law, Sherry.

Those left to cherish her memory are her stepdaughters; Donna Evans and husband Albert, Vicki Houchin and husband Bob; siblings, Sue Kastelic and husband Joe, Tom Neuhart, Keith Neuhart; grandchildren, Shawn, Char, Albert III, Mike, Sarah, Rachel; fur babies, Cooper and Teddy. She was also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will include Shawn Branske, Mike Evans, Michael Evans, Jr., Tristen Evans, Cole Evans, and Ryan Rebouche.

Honorary pallbearers are Albert Evans III and Andrew Parsons.
