Funeral Services for Mr. Jerry Davis Thomas, age 82, of Texarkana, Texas, will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Cpt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home with Pastor Todd Hervey officiating and under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home. A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at the Cpt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral home from 6 to 8:00 PM.

Mr. Jerry Davis Thomas was born September 28, 1939, in Linden, Texas to Joseph Edgar Thomas and Ima May Burleson and passed away in Texarkana, Texas on June 20, 2022.

Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Anne Hall Thomas, and his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Steve Thomas and wife Djuana of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; daughter, Lisa Lindsey and husband Kenny of Camden, Arkansas; son, Mark Thomas and wife Annette of Enid, Oklahoma; brother, Joe Earl Thomas and wife Clydene; grandchildren, Ashley Earl and husband Shawn, Stephanie Thomas, Garret Thomas and wife Jessica, Allison Upchurch and husband Morrison, Lane Thomas, Carolina Thomas, Josephina Thomas, Rebekah Loomis and husband Logan, Rachel Shearman, Chris Lindsey, Krystal Pennington and husband Chris, Kellye Wilson, Jason Lindsey, Tyler Lindsey and wife Destiny, Jessica Edwards, Alexander VanRijn; 18 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Serving as Pallbearers:  Steve Thomas, Mark Thomas, Garrett Thomas, Lane Thomas, Shawn Earl and Mo Upchurch.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Watersprings Ranch in at 7707 North Sanderson Lane, Texarkana, Arkansas 71854.
