Johnny Dewayne Young

Memorial services for Mr. Johnny Dewayne Young, 67, of Jefferson, Texas will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022, in the Capt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home in Jefferson, Texas.

Mr. Young was born on September 21, 1954, in Elkview, West Virginia to Johnny Judson Young and Clara Mae Gilbert Young and passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.

After high school Johnny honorably served his country in the United States Army.  He worked as a self-employed painter.

Mr. Young is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny J. and Clara Young, and two brothers, Raymond Young and Robert Young.

He is survived by his two sisters, Brenda (Gary) Saine and Judy (Terry) Schorr; and nephew Adam (Jennifer) Young.
