Joy Lucinda Fisk

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Joy Lucinda Fisk, 68, of Jefferson, Texas will be held at Shiloh United Methodist Church, 556 CR 1641, Jefferson, Texas 75657 on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.

Mrs. Fisk was born on August 6, 1954, in Dallas, Texas to Oscar Flarity and Ruia Leroy Flarity and passed away at her home on Thursday, September 22, 2022.    She was a member of the Shiloh Methodist church.  She enjoyed doing all types of crafts, putting jigsaw puzzles together, and cooking.  But most of all she enjoyed spending time with the friends and family.

Mrs. Fisk was preceded in death by her father; husband Charles Fisk; and brother-in-law Harold Vith.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Tonyia Sides of Jefferson, Texas, Nathan and Stephanie VanHoutan of Hughes Springs, Charles Fisk of Gilmer, Texas, and Richard Fisk of Jefferson, Texas; mother, Ruia Flarity; siblings, Marty and husband Rick Simonds of Linden, Texas, Susan Vith of Linden, Texas, and Carl Flarity of Hallsville, Texas.  She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends.
