Katheryn Sissie Harvey

Visitation for Katheryn “Sissie” Harvey, 65, of Jefferson, Texas will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00pm at Mary’s Hall at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jefferson, Texas under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home.

She was born on October 13, 1960, in Marshall, Texas to Cecil Eugene Grubaugh and Nora Johnette Loyd Grubaugh and passed away on June 13, 2026, in Jefferson, Texas.

Katheryn was baptized in the Catholic Church and more recently attended Stillwater Cowboy Church in Marshall. She worked as a hairdresser for more than 25 years before joining the Jefferson School District, where she served for the past 11 years. Katheryn loved cooking and cherished time spent with family and friends. She especially adored her grandchildren and loved going to the beach.

She is preceded in death by her father, Gene Grubaugh.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Alan Harvey, April Gould and husband Scott; mother, Johnette Grubaugh; siblings, Chad Grubaugh and wife Melinda, Shelley Scudday and husband Lance; grandchildren, Brody and Connor Gould, Rebecca, Bailey, Rylee, and Reagan Harvey; great grandson, Sterling Stone.
