Marsha Eileen Chambliss

Funeral services for Mrs. Marsha Eileen Chambliss, 73, of Jefferson, Texas will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at The Capt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home with Brother Bob Chambliss officiating under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home.  A time of visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00PM in The Capt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral home on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

Mrs. Chambliss was born in Beeville, Texas on October 16, 1947 to Willie Howard Priest and Mavis Eileen Priest and passed away on September 26, 2021 in Longview, Texas.

Mrs. Chambliss was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Glen Chambliss, Sr.; her parents; son, Alan Duane Chambliss and brothers, Ralph Priest and Richard Priest.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Edwin Glen Chambliss, Jr.; daughter, Teresa & Donnie Corbett; daughter-in-law, Jamie Chambliss; grandchildren: Cathryn Vandalen & Ronald, Amber Chambliss, Andrew Chambliss & Cora, Levin Rutledge, Kyla Cook, and Brianna Corbett; great-grandchildren: Triniti Moses, Laine Fory, Peyton King, Juliana Vandalen, Alaina Vandalen, Lincoln Vandalen, and Jackson Chambliss as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Corbett, Andrew Chambliss, Eddie Chambliss, Levin Rutledge, Ronnie Vandalen, Arron Loeffler, and Wayne Stephenson.

In Lieu of flowers the Chambliss family has asked for contributions to be made to help with funeral expenses to 123 CR 1240, Linden, Texas 75563.
