Obituary
Funeral Services for Martha Lou Hinson, 87, of Jefferson, Texas will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 10 AM in the Cpt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Danley officiating and under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Slaughter Cemetery in Rodessa, LA. In tribute, attendees are asked to wear pink.
Martha was born September 12, 1935, in Rodessa, LA to Howard Alexander Crow, and Emma Gaynelle Arnold and passed away in Ft. Worth, Texas on Saturday, February 25, 2023. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and V.P. at the First National Bank for over 30 years. Martha loved spending time with her grandchildren. And in recent years, was known for her beautiful pink hair.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Walter Perry Hinson, Sr., five sisters, and one brother.
Left to cherish her memory are her Children, Tammy Bunze of Tallahassee, FL, Perry Hinson and wife Kelly of Ft. Worth, TX, and Jason Hinson and wife Nicki of Longview, TX; Sister, Gladine Clements of Longview, TX; Grandchildren, Scott Bunze, Jill Bunze, Zack Hinson, and Kylie Hinson; Great Grandchild, Layla Flanagan.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Perry Hinson, Jason Hinson, Zack Hinson, Scott Bunze, Jimmy Wilson, and Roger Shaver.
