Robin Shadix Futrell

 Memorial services for Mrs. Robin Shadix Futrell, 60, of Lake O’ The Pines, Texas will be held at 12 noon Sunday September 15, 2019 in The Capt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home in Jefferson, Texas and officiated by Brother Butch Landers.

Mrs. Futrell was born on April 4, 1959 in Kentucky to Ed Shadix and Charlene Carter and passed away on September 11, 2019 in Longview, Texas.

Robin was an EMT for the Mims Volunteer Fire Department and a former employee of Cypress Place Assisted Living in Jefferson, Texas. Robin enjoyed many things in life including watching old westerns but above all else she loved her family.

Mrs. Futrell is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Rita McClung and brother, Randy Shadix.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Ron Futrell of Avinger, Texas; sister, Rhonda Shadix of Lake O’ The Pines, Texas; brother, Rick Shadix of Lake O’ The Pines, Texas; sister, Rosie Shadix of Lake O’ The Pines, Texas; nieces and nephews, Cheryl, Jovon, Heather, Ricky, Dusty, Kristen, Lacy, Josh, Jennifer, Kyle, Kimberly as well as numerous extended family and friends.
