Cremation Services for Roma Lee Latham, 74, of Jefferson, Texas, are under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home. Roma was born on April 23, 1948, in Santa Anna, California to Emmett Thomas and Mae Marietta Baugh Thomas and passed away on Wednesday March 30, 2023, in Jefferson, Texas.

Roma is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jack Latham.

Those left to cherish her memories are her sons, Jerry Busby and Larry Phelps; sister, Barbara Bennett and numerous other extended family and friends.
