Memorial Services for Ruthann Hargroves Skinner, 64, of Marshall, Texas. will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 2pm in the Cpt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home with Apostle Lionel Childress officiating.

Ruthann was born on May 7, 1958, in Texas City, Texas to Edward B. Hargroves and Bettye Mattlock Hargroves and passed away on January 30, 2023, in Marshall, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Larry Skinner, Sr

Those left to cherish her memory are her Children, Shawn Allen Skinner and Mangus Welch; Brother, Eddie Hargroves, Jr.; Sister, Susie Hargroves Lovett; Grandchildren, Aden Skinner, Courtney Willis, Jasmine Welch, and Emily Turner, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
