Sharon Kay Conard

Graveside services for Mrs. Sharon Kay Conard, 81, of Mt. Enterprise, Texas will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 3,2021 at Woodlawn Heights Cemetery in Mt. Enterprise, Texas with Pastor Rocky Otwell officiating under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home. A time of visitation will be held at Woodlawn Heights Cemetery from 10:30 AM until graveside services begin at 11:00 AM.

Mrs. Conard was born on November 18,1939 in Iowa to Lester Roy Niemants and Lucille Ivy Cole and passed away at her home in Mt. Enterprise, Texas on August 28,2021.

Mrs. Conard was a feisty woman of style and uniqueness. She loved fashion, people and of course her two special dogs, Chloe’ and Sweet Pea. Mrs. Conard was a faithful member of Heritage Baptist Church. She will be greatly missed by any and all that had the privilege of knowing her. She was fondly called Grandma Yoda by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Conard was preceded in death by her parents; son, Douglas Scott Niemants and grandson, Nicholas Moench.

She is survived by her daughter, Kelli Jo Moench and husband Joseph of Mt. Enterprise, Texas; daughter, Micki Conard of Davenport, Iowa; son, Shawn Conard and wife Lisa of Genesco, Illinois; son, Tod Conard and wife Deni of Colburn, Colorado; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren as well as numerous other extended family and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ryan Batten, Eric Batten, Seth Moench, Justin Seekford, Jamie Morris and Brett Otwell. Honorary pallbearers will be Landon Otwell, Caiden Batten, Camron Batten and Collen Batten.
