Synthia Ann Haggerty

A Celebration of Life for Synthia Ann Haggerty, 64, of Linden, Texas will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 10:00am in the Cpt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home with Jack Walton officiating and under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home.

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Synthia Ann Haggerty, On October 20th, 2025. Synthia was born June 10th, 1961, in Harleton Texas to Annie Ruth Henderon-Moore. Where she attended and graduated from Harleton High School in 1979. She was a God-fearing woman who was baptized at Bear Creek Church of Christ at a very young age. She was an avid reader and scholar of books and life. Synthia Ann Henderson later met Anthony G. Haggerty, and they married and gave life to their one and only daughter Myeshia K. Haggerty, who became their world. She retired from work at Accent care and returned back to school and obtained her Associates degree in criminal justice graduating in 2021. Her laughter, warmth, and love will truly be missed.

Those who preceded her in death are her husband, Anthony Haggerty, her parents, Annie and Joe Moore; sister, Annie Williams; nephew, Demetrius Williams; niece, Laquetta Williams; aunt, Dororthy Morrow; uncles, Lewis, Doug, and Floyd ray.

She is survived by her only child, Myeshia Haggerty; siblings, Carolyn Jefferson of Longview, Anthony Williams of Mississippi, Timothy Williams of Woodlawn TX, Fredrick Williams of Marshall TX, Melvin Williams of Woodlawn TX, Chris (Misty) Williams of Ore city, TX, Joseph Williams of Linden Texas, and Latasha Williams of Marshall TX; aunt, Ethel Curry of Dallas Texas. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, along with cousins, extended family and friends.
