@We shall miss Louie. I t was obvious that he loved the Lord. What a great teacher. I learned so much under him.
So many times my old car would break down and Louie would be there to help me. I don't know what I would have done without him. He shall be greatly missed. Barbara

Keith, Missy, Haley, Jace, and the Delong family......While working at the local hardware store Mr. Louie educated me on repairing and sometimes in his daily expressions of "rigging" many many things. He could literally make something out of nothing....and always with a smile on his face.
I can still remember hearing my dad say....."in the end all a man can ask for is to be remembered as a good man".
Louie Delong was a good man.
Many blessings.....T.J, Morgan, Caleb, and Patti Wallace

Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Louis was such a sweet man. He was always willing to help where ever he was needed. I will miss hearing him teach the Sabbath School lesson and seeing him on the lawn mower as I pass by your house. The Smith family longs for the day the Lord takes us to our Heavenly Home to be with our loved ones and close friends again sitting at the feet of Jesus.
Love Kay Jean and Randy

I would like to express to all of the Delong family how wonderful it was to have known Louie..
As a teacher in the Jefferson school system, I called on him for lots of little things that needed his attention. He always had a smile on his face and a willingness to help.He and my dad shared similar mechanical talents. It was a blessing to have known such a Godly Man.

Louis Delong loved the Lord, and loved working for Him! We valued his leadership in the Lord's service. Very helpful man! May the Lord bless Wilma and the bereaving families. Our condolences to you all. Be encouraged by 1 Thessalonians 4: 13 - 18.
